Jinnah Medical College

Jinnah Medical College Peshawar was established in 2002. It was recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) Pakistan on 16th of January 2009. The college was included in list of recognized medical colleges of PM&DC.[1] It is affiliated with Khyber Medical University, Peshawar.[2] It is attached with Govt. District Head Quarter Teaching Hospital Charsadda for clinical training. A former student, Tanzeela Khalil stood first in First Professional MBBS Part-I Annual 2010 among all the Public sector and private Medical Colleges of the Province. [citation needed] Founder and Chairman is Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ishaq, FRCS(Ireland& Glasgow). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sabir is the Principal and Head of the Anatomy department.
