Yes he is blocked. Yes I gave the rollback. No I am not planning on removing it. The right was administered before the block. One is not related to the other as had been discussed between myself and the blocking admin. If anyone wishes to inquire about this, please feel free to message me. Seeing pages where users make a series of edits, all changes being both unsourced, and do not match the information provided on other reliable primary sources (i.e. non verifiable). Would like to have the capacity to perform rollback where such an event occurs. An example are the recent series of changes by 180.149.12.207 to M._R._Štefánik_Airport

Hello all. I was very active in Wikipedia vandalism editing and revision back in high school, and the start of university. I had to stop for quite a long time, due to real life taking priority. I have a steady job now, and would like to get back into making Wikipedia better, but the tool I chose (Huggle) requires rollback privileges to operate on en.wikipedia. Please do some significant manual counter-vandalism to get back up to speed - a lot has changed over the past 3 years - and then reapply again. Thanks. I have been an English Wikipedian since September 26th, 2011. My favorite things to do on EnWp are answering questions at the Help Desk or just adding images to pages. In my encounters of questions at the Help Desk, I found myself dealing with a page that had multiple vandal edits on it. I'd like to use the rollback permission in a good way to patrol recent changes and rollback vandal, spam, or vulgar content on articles. Thank you for your consideration.  Not done. You have only made a total of 21 edits to articles so far and only 10 to Wikipedia space. Please make several hundred manual counter-vandalism edits reverts first and then reapply. You may also wish to enroll at the Counter Vandalism Academy, but you will probably need at least 200 main space edits to be accepted.  Not done. Counter-vandalism is something any editor with sufficient knowledge can do. The rollback tool is not essential. I see that you only have a total of 206 edits to main space, please do a few hundred manual vandalism reverts to demonstrate that you fully understand the process, then reapply. That said, your CSD tagging appears to be reasonably accurate, please consider continuing to help at NPP where there are serious backlogs. Be sure to have read WP:NPP thoroughly. Thanks.
