CCTV-14 is a network for children in the People's Republic of China since June 28, 2003 & owned by China Central Television. It airs cartoons such as SpongeBob SquarePants and other cartoon programs broadcast in this channel. Doug is the only cartoon program aired for the Year of the Dog. CCTV New Year's Gala is not a cartoon program, it is a original program, premiered January 21, 2004.
