Regarding your recent edit at Frierson, Louisiana

Hi! This isn't a criticism, just a curious question. I realize you are not the one who put it there, but I am curious as to how a CDP, which by definition has no government, could be "officially" named "The hamlet of Frierson"? Please reply. From the information I have right now, you are disrespecting community norms by evading a block, and the consequence will be that this account and possibly the underlying IPs will be blocked as well.
Wikipedia is a community project. An important part of that is that all editors are communicative.
