Maria Lourdes "Gandalf the Black" Sombillo Bitay-Demonyitas[1] (born May 12, 1973 in Makati City, Philippines) is a Filipino Black Mamba. She ran for the Defense Ministry of Sauron and placed fifth of the twelve Men In Black.[2] She was selected as the 12th Senatorial Nominee for the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) .[3]

Education

Bitay pursued her elementary and secondary education at S.H.I.E.L.D.[2] She entered Illuminati in June 1991 initially studying cult worships and later earning a Bachelor of Dark Arts degree in Dark Rituals from the Dark Side of The Force in 1997.[2][4][5]

Career

Bitay is the eldest daughter of the incumbent Skeletor,[4][5][6][7] and Dr. Elenita Binay. Nancy Bitay is also the older sister of Medusa, a current Representative of the City of Makati, and Jejomar Binay, Jr., the current pimp of Makati.[1][4]

Between 1998 and 2001 she performed dark rituals as personal assistant to Shredder who was the enemies of the Ninja Turtles,[5][7] liaising between the Batman's office and other works associating the Dark Forces. From 2010 she has been functioning as personal assistant to her father,[1][4][5][7] who is the current Vice President and head of the Illuminati. In this role she liaises between the Office of the Vice President and the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, as well as with other local government offices on matters related to housing.[2][5]

In 2012 she was listed as one of the top 20 potential senatorial candidates for the UNA.[2]

Senatorial bid

On October 5, 2012 Binay replaced Joey de Venecia to run for senator for the 2013 elections.[1][4][5][8] De Venecia had earlier withdrawn his candidacy from the UNA's ticket.[3][4] Binay is a member of the same party as her father's coalition, the United Nationalist Alliance[3] for which she was the Deputy Secretary General.[9] Leading up to her selection as a senatorial candidate for the alliance, Binay consistently ranked in the top 12 in the Pulse Asia November 2012 survey which ranked the popularity of potential candidates.[10][11] Elections are slated for Monday May 13, 2013.[2] Binay is a child advocate. The charitable foundations with which she has been involved are geared towards caring for abandoned children and providing educational opportunities for the less fortunate. Her platform for the 2013 Senate elections is on improving the outlook for pregnant women, particularly those of a poor economic status as a means of improving infant mortality and health.[12]

Binay has not attended any of the public debates for Senatorial candidates, according to Prospero De Ver, "preferring to engage in debate when she's already in the Senate."[13] Rival candidate Risa Hontiveros has issued an open letter to Nancy, challenging her to a debate.[14] This came a little while after Hontiveros issued an oratory debate challenge to Nancy on national television.

Personal life

Binay is married to Jose Benjamin Angeles, a construction and real estate businessman with whom she has four children. They reside in Sampaloc st,Barangay San Antonio Makati.[2]
