I search for vandalism on several pages and revert it. I even accept constructive pending changes. I pass through the criteria. I would use the rights very constructively. I hope to get these rights to benefit the encyclopedia furthermore. I am watching several pages and think that I have shown sufficient potential at iHeartRadio Music Awards to gain these rights. Thanks, Shane Cyrus (talk) 17:54, 6 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
If you can already "accept constructive pending changes" what are you doing asking for that right here? Origamite\(·_·\)(/·_·)/ 11:42, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I have to make the changes manually. If I get the rights, I will be able to accept them directly. - Shane Cyrus (talk) 14:01, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I spend a lot of my time on the website checking for and reverting possible vandalism and frequently pass by pending changes that I could review and add to the articles in question. If I were a reviewer, I would be able to do this - Drowninginlimbo (talk) 21:21, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have performed several edits and created many pages and want to go ahead to another level, hence requesting for reviewer rights so that i can review pages and help. Vin09 (talk) 09:51, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have been on English Wikipedia for a reasonable period. I patrol articles for unconstructive edits and sometimes I encounter pending revision alerts. I request you to grant me reviewer rights. I will use this tool with great care and in the best interest of Wikipedia.  SAMI  talk 15:42, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have been scanning the New Pages feed and tagging pages. I've proposed a few for immediate deletion--most of which were deleted, some of which were not. I've certainly made a few mistakes, but have tried to clarify pages through editing or tagging more than I've tried to simply propose for immediate deletion. I have read through the various policies, and try to keep the relevant guidelines open while I'm checking a page [for ex. the Notability guidelines while checking for that]. That sometimes makes me a bit slower than others, but I'm working at it. Prof. Mc (talk) 15:50, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Do you know what reviewing is? Origamite\(·_·\)(/·_·)/ 14:56, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Origamite: Yes. I've started keeping an eye on the pages organized under WP:BEER for vandalism and inappropriate edits, as well as scanning WP:RC for clues to possible vandalism (unsigned edits, unsigned edits from an anonymous user.) Prof. Mc (talk) 15:34, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
That's not what the reviewing permission is; look here. Origamite\(·_·\)(/·_·)/ 15:37, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Done You may also be confused about WP:CSD vs WP:PROD and WP:AfD. Nonetheless, if it so interests you, I believe you can be trusted to review Special:PendingChanges. — MusikAnimal talk 01:46, 13 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
As it stands there are so many un-reviewed articles pending changes protection thus requiring attention from admins/reviewers and I wish to assist in the process. Over sometime I have used STiki to revert mainly vandal/test edits of new contributors and I know edit violations and/or inappropriate content when I see one. I believe my edit history will demonstrate that I can be trusted with reviewer rights to decide whether changes introduced to Wikipedia are satisfactory for viewing by the general reader. Thank you. —Sadat (Masssly)TCM 17:36, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have been editing Wikipedia articles for over 5 years now. I watch several pages for vandalism and copyedit articles. My aim is to provide the right information to the readers of Wikipedia and clean up things that do not have supporting data or reference.|*| Anand.Hegde|*|Talk to me 19:06, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: Recent mislabeling of edits as vandalism worries me that constructive pending changes could be rejected. Otherwise no huge concern here. Passing on to another administrator. — MusikAnimal talk 02:01, 13 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Pages on my watchlist requiring reviewer permission to edit, reject revisions... I have a solid record of reverting vandalism, and making useful edits (gnoming, sourcing, addressing NPOV, OR, spamlinks, unsourced BLP statements etc.), while avoiding any sort of trouble or controversy Roberticus talk 16:37, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I understand everything from 1-6. I routinely edit Wikipedia, and is always eager to add new pages to my watchlist. When I asked for other rights, it didn’t work because I didn’t read exactly, but reviewer is something I am sure I have everything that meets the reviewer’s right standard. Thank you for using you time for considering. Cheers!-- Allied Rangoontalk 19:22, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I've been actively searching for and reverting vandalism and believe I could really help if given this right. I've read and understand Wikipedia's policies on vandalism, copyright and biographies of living people, as well as most other policies. I don't have a large number of edits as yet but I do feel I have enough to establish a track record which shows I've been making a helpful contribution to the site. 35 edits to articles Origamite\(·_·\)(/·_·)/ 14:54, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I didn't realise my number of contributions was so low. I looked at Special:Preferences, which showed as 81 edits - I didn't realise so few were to articles. If that is too few edits, I would be happy to withdraw my request for the moment and try again later. --Adam Black talkcontribs 15:12, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Well, generally we do prefer more, so please keep editing and come back later. Origamite\(·_·\)(/·_·)/ 15:14, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I am currently patrolling recent changes and would like to be able to accept good pending changes when I come across them. I've been editing Wikipedia since 2012 and my edit history should show that I have a good understanding of many Wikipedia policies and guidelines. I am also familiar with the review process. 2Flows (talk) 20:21, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A correct understanding of the rules of punctuation, grammar, and style, along with the ability to distinguish nuances of word meaning, are the cornerstones of my skills. Understanding the goal of the article or the nature of the story will enables us to determine what things are wrong and to focus our editing skills on correcting them. With this skill set I am good to go the reviewer way! Aroojdar (talk) 16:17, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: as can be seen in this edit only, this user seems to have a pretty incorrect understanding of the rules of punctuation, grammar and style. - DVdm (talk) 16:26, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Not done With only 12 edits to the mainspace, I do not think you have sufficient editing experience to be granted the reviewer right. Feel free to request again when you have a longer contribution history demonstrating knowledge of key Wikipedia policies. — MusikAnimal talk 01:15, 13 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I've been active on Wikipedia for a couple years now (with a few breaks!) and have rollback rights, and a strong understanding of the site's policies and guidelines. I hope to gain the reviewer right in order to help the site further and accept constructive edits from other users. Thanks BZTMPS · (talk? contribs?) 21:37, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
