Warrington West railway station (formerly Chapelford railway station) is a proposed railway station to serve the Omega Development Site and Chapelford urban village housing estate in Great Sankey Warrington, England, United Kingdom.[1] It would also feature interchange for bus services as well as a park and ride with parking for 350 cars.

The station would be located west of central Warrington on the existing southern Liverpool to Manchester Line route between Sankey and Warrington Central stations.

Warrington Borough Council applied for funding from the government's New Stations fund but the bid failed.[2] However, the council has secured part of the funding through other sources and it is hoped that construction could begin in 2016.
