C.J. Perry → Lana (wrestling) – Common name. Perry gained exposure by her work in WWE as Lana (the article was created when she debuted in WWE). She has worked for months in the main roster, even she appeared in the news due the storyline with Putin. Her work as Lana has more exposure than her previous works. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 13:44, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
- Not sure about this one. It's a topical gimmick, and the crowd doesn't have the patience to wait for a "defection" (face turn) like they did with Nikolai Volkoff. I'm no psychic, but I don't see a place for her after Rusev turns. At least not as "Lana". Not sure we should jump just yet, especially with her other work here, which seems fairly notable, even if it took the much more notable WWE thing to influence someone to create the article. InedibleHulk (talk) 22:47, September 18, 2014 (UTC)
- Support - more success and (even mainstream) exposure through WWE as Lana compared to the cameos in films that actually have an article on Wikipedia, or cameos in one television episode of TV serials that actually have an article on Wikipedia. starship.paint ~ regal 02:16, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - She has a prolific career as an actress. She appeared in hit movies ("Pitch Perfect") and hit shows ("The Real Housewives of Atlanta") and will also be in "Pitch Perfect 2." Not to mention, C.J. Perry is a natural disambiguator, whereas Lana (wrestling) is not. --GeicoHen (talk) 05:12, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- She appeared in Pitch Perfect in a minor role (even in the article she doesn't appear as the cast). She appeared in some TV shows, but in one episode. Hen, looks like you don't know how notability works. Perry gained national and worldwide exposure in the WWE as Lana. She appears week after week in a worldwide TV show (3.0) as Lana. Also, she appeared in the news after Putin debuted in RAW and when she made a promo about the plain accident. You can't compare her role in WWE with a supporting character in Tv or a film. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 13:04, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- Comment - The one concern I still have is if "(wrestling)" is the right disambiguator or not. --GeicoHen (talk) 18:00, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- I asked in the project. Lana isn't a wrestler, she is a valet, so looks weird to use (wrestler). --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 18:04, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- Lana (valet), maybe? InedibleHulk (talk) 20:09, September 24, 2014 (UTC)
- Support, her appearances on Raw trump her other TV and film appearances in my view. McPhail (talk) 19:17, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- Support Seems that her wrestling appearances have given her more notability than previous endeavors. (wrestling) is an appropriate disambiguator because she isn't a wrestler, so (wrestler) would be inaccurate.LM2000 (talk) 22:14, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

Lana (wrestling) → Lana (wrestler) – The current name says Wrestling. What is that supposed to mean? It isn't about a wrestling related term, but a wrestler, hence I think a move is needed Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:46, 29 December 2014 (UTC).
- Oppose She's not a wrestler and wrestling is the appropriate disambigulator for wrestling figures who aren't actually wrestlers (see: Dixie Carter (wrestling), Jim Barnett (wrestling), Michael Cole (wrestling), etc). Professional Wrestling terms don't use "wrestling" (for reasons I don't exactly agree with), those use "(professional wrestling)" as you can see from the move request at Talk:Blading (professional wrestling). LM2000 (talk) 08:09, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - she plays a non-wrestler role on professional wrestling television shows. Sources indicate that she's never wrestled a match before. Also oppose (manager) / (professional wrestling manager) / (professional wrestling) on grounds of vagueness or lack of concision. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 08:38, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- Counterpropose Lana (WWE) or perhaps Lana (manager). Red Slash 09:11, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- Support Lana (WWE) and Propose Lana (professional wrestling manager) as per article content or more simply Lana (professional wrestling). This topic is mock combat / entertainment in performance in a boxing style ring. I don't consider this as wrestling according to the competitive sport definition of the word. GregKaye 15:28, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah, I do agree, but we surely can do better than a three-word or even two-word disambiguator. Red Slash 08:22, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose... she is not a wrestler. McPhail (talk) 13:18, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose In the wrestling scene, doesn't wrestle. InedibleHulk (talk) 19:50, December 31, 2014 (UTC)

Is Lana a wrestler?
I and Tyler Gonzalez seem to be starting an Edit war over whether or not Lana is a wrestler. I don't think she is because she hasn't been in a match yet, and until then I don't think it's right to add her as a wrestler. Of course, if there are reliable sources which say she's a wrestler, I'll take that. But I can't see (as it is now) how she is one. --wL<speak·check> 05:26, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
- She is not a wrestler as she has never wrestled a match. McPhail (talk) 18:57, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
- As of August 11th 2015, Lana has still yet to feature in an officially sanctioned match. Therefore, it seems inaccurate to call her a wrestler outright.
