I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Writer for webcomic series Automata with Ben Caldwell

Gary is the writer for a short comic series hosted by penny-arcade.com called Automata, drawn by Ben Caldwell. Would like to see this added to Gary's page.

"English"

Mr. Whitta was born in England but is now living in America, the article actually says he was naturalised in 2009, should his "English" nationalilty be updated?

Agreed. He even tweeted to me that he is officially an American citizen who can vote. If anything he's now an English-born American.
