留得青山在,不怕没柴烧!
Literatelly translated from Chinese as "So long as the hills are green, there is no fear of running out of wood", figurately it means "When there is life, there is always hope."
Welcome back. :) - Cheers, Mailer Diablo 19:45, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- Actually all the words are correct, just grammar-wise '吃' has to be placed as last making the sentence '我喜欢在中国餐馆吃'. Anyway, happy first edit day, you're now into the third year of your editing! :) - Cheers, Mailer Diablo 20:49, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, and more years of editing to come indeed! Cheers! - Mailer Diablo 15:00, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
- A "welcome back" from me as well. :) --Fang Aili talk 15:21, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
New userboxes
I have deleted a userbox template you recently created, as userboxes should no longer be created in templatespace per the terms of the German userbox solution. Here is the userbox code so that you can recreate the userbox in your userspace ("userfying") if you wish.
<div style="float: left; border: {1}px solid blue; margin: 1px;"> {| cellspacing="0" style="width: 238px; background: white;" | style="width: 45px; height: 45px; background: blue; text-align: center; font-size: {{{5|{14}}}}pt; color: {black};" | ' | style="font-size: {8}pt; padding: 4pt; line-height: 1.25em; color: {black};" | This user is from Merrimack, New Hampshire, United States of America. |}</div>

- I've fixed the broken link for you. :) - Cheers, Mailer Diablo 15:14, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks
Thanks for the treat. You are most welcome in Chennai - it is a free city, and not like the "free encyclopedia". I find that it is not free – “everything has a price” [1] and the price here is mortgaging one’s conscious to create an encyclopedia based on consensus and not on the facts, and this is the precise reason that two million wikipedians have failed to build anything comparable to a real encyclopedia. Am I, as a wikipedian, cheating the trust of our donors? Perhaps yes, and this makes me really sad and ashamed. --Bhadani 14:57, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, if you plan to come around to Chennai, don't forget Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar. I'll be waiting. :) --Nearly Headless Nick 06:30, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- And, I shall be escorting you there and everywhere in India. --Bhadani 16:26, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

- Um, guys, i've been here since 2004. Karmafist 18:02, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- I think they mean in 2004 today was the day you made your first edit. ILovePlankton 18:04, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- Aha, I was wondering why they didn't say "Second First Edit Day", I guess that would sound a little awkward

Thanks For The Box!
Let me know if I can help out with anything, i've been seeing your signs around. Vice President In Charge Of Office Supplies 02:53, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- Excuse me, I was wondering if you could help out again, they seem to think i'm you again. Good luck in the campaign, so far i've only seen your signs and Marc Snyder's, excluding that one guy on Turkey Hill Road. Vice President In Charge Of Office Supplies 21:56, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
Happy wiki-birthday
I wish you very happy wiki-birth day. I also thank you for your kind words. [2]. Best regards. --Bhadani 16:24, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
Just some advice..
Hello. You currently have a block request notice on your user page, just some friendly advice but it may help if you expand your reason why you wish to be unblocked and explain the situation as to why you where blocked as well in the unblock box, this will help the admin who reviews your block better understand the situation. thanks/Fenton, Matthew Lexic Dark 52278 Alpha 771 11:16, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
- Perhpas fine Fenton, Matthew. But, it is not so simple. Karmafist I would suggest with due respect to you and all others that you may now forget wikipedia - for a while, or for always, and concentrate on some other more useful projects, as none should compromise her/his integrity and self-respect under any circumstances. However, I think that volunteers, vandals, and white-color vandals work here under a number of constraints called policies and processes with fancy nomenclature; and are subject to interpretations (of guidelines, policies and Arbcom decisions) by at least 1,000 different administrators. As such, for the same action, there is a possibility that 1,000 unique "punitive" or "other" actions may be initiated. Karmafist, did you get me? I am talking of a virtual jungle having more than 2 million inhabitants including some very powerful elements, possibly some with egos and aspirations bigger than the Project; yes, bigger than the Project which created them. However, I fondly hope that my dissection is wrong and patent nonsense, may be a joke; I hope that I shall be proved wrong in the long run. And, until that long run happens, we shall never be able to emerge better than the Best (read: Encyclopedia Britannica) despite countless hours of voluntary efforts having been put into building the Free Encyclopedia. --Bhadani 15:17, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
