Aloha Habatchii, thanks for being willing to help out! If you haven't already done so, all you have to do to get started with translating is apply to be a translator here. Then you can translate at this page. Basically, all you have to do is click on one of the categories and then choose messages to translate.

Right now, the priority is to get all of the messages in the "most used" category translated. Please have a look at some lists of already-translated messages to see how some of the messages have been translated. Also, when typing diacritics, please try to use the proper ʻokina (ʻ) instead of apostrophes (') and the proper kahakō instead of alternatives like diereses (ö). If you have a Mac, use the Hawaiian keyboard layout when translating. Mahalo! —Kal (talk) 19:59, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wisconsin Legislature

May I ask why you added coord missing templates on Wisconsin Legislature? The article is not a body of people, not about a building. For that see Wisconsin State Capitol. (I apologize for not leaving this message under one of your categories; I could not figure out where it belonged.) Cheers --BaronLarf 21:27, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 19:28, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Habatchii. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "False Production".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/False Production}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 02:03, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of .codes

The article .codes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

NN new TLD spam

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Be..anyone (talk) 11:33, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of .codes for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article .codes is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/.codes until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Kolbasz (talk) 21:41, 10 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Warring Noticeboard

Hi Habatchii. I notice that you recently made a report at the edit warring noticeboard. This noticeboard is to report editors who are disrupting Wikipedia by repeatedly reverting others' edits on a particular article or who have violated the three-revert rule. It is not the place to report editors who you feel have done something in retaliation to you. When you make a report to the edit warring noticeboard, please make sure that the editor you are reporting is actually edit warring and that you have evidence of this, otherwise your report will be rejected out of hand. If you are genuinely concerned about the conduct of an editor (that is, if you think someone is harassing you or editing disruptively in an attempt to retaliate towards you) please raise it at WP:ANI. Remember that any report you make must be based on substantive evidence; bare accusations against other editors will not be looked upon kindly. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask me. Thank you for your speedy response.

The editor currently known as AndyTheGrump is indeed conducting a massive edit war; proof of which can be isolated and documented; it can be reproduced. The user is also being accused of sockpuppetry, hosting more than one account for the purpose of overly inflating their prescence. I have no intent of arguing further with this user, they have a history of making edit 'enemies' and I do not believe it to be professional to associate with such activity. Should the user which to discuss civilly the issues of their argument, then a fair hearing should be established to clear their name and reputation.

The page that started the warring is the Talk:Electronic harassment page; their was a nomination for good article posted with a few suggestions. It developed into a personal rant, gouging at another article page; .codes which was still waiting review before the incident. Again, I do not believe authors should be stalked because they use Wikipedia. The behavior that the user in question has illustrated is very questionable as to their intent.

Please notify the author that no further correspondence from them will be tolerated and official action will be suggested should it continue.

Thank you again for responding.

Who is accusing AndyTheGrump of sockpuppetry and where is this accusation? Note that spurious accusations of socking are often considered personal attacks. --NeilN talk to me 05:00, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Help me!

Please help...

I am apparently being stalked by other Wikipedia editors. They are attempting to delete the page .codes on a unlisted criterion and created a rant against my posts on the Talk:Electronic harassment talk page. Please inquire concerning. I do believe it is a case of harassment.

Habatchii (talk) 06:15, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please see Wikipedia:Dispute resolution for steps to take on resolving this matter and the various levels of each. RegistryKey(RegEdit) 07:18, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You're not being harassed, you're being disagreed with. The harassment appears to be coming from you. Please stop. Acroterion (talk) 11:53, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

June 2015

Please stop your disruptive editing. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. NeilN talk to me 13:06, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is again forum-shopping and is disruptive. The deletion discussion will decide if the article will be deleted, not a RFC. Continue in this way and you will be blocked. You haven't answered my question about AndyTheGrump and sockpuppetry. Please do so. --NeilN talk to me 13:10, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your response. The only 'edits' I have made are on Wikipedia staff created pages, discussion pages and a single article in which I was the sole editor, until a proposal for deletion was made.

The discussion page entries were suggested by other editors via templates. Only inquiries as to the alienated treatment was being discussed, not disruptive editing. But thank you again for visiting my talk page. Please respond if Wikipedia policy dictates. Habatchii (talk) 13:56, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

May I ask why you've re nominated this article for good article review? It's not even a start class article. John from Idegon (talk) 16:13, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed a lot of potential in the article that can be enhanced aesthetically. The main objective of writing encyclopedic articles is to compile accurate and verifiable facts. The criterion for GAS (good article standing) is not un-achievable, the original authors would need an opportunity to meet any barriers to entry for GAS.

I would suggest notifying all original authors before proposing not to complete the criterion. Habatchii (talk) 16:30, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Specifically where is that potential? I find no books written about this school and very little info other than what is normally available for any US school. John from Idegon (talk) 16:54, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with @John from Idegon:. Based on the criteria for Good Articles WP:GA?, I don't think Harold S. Vincent High School or latin honors were ready to be nominated. Knope7 (talk) 21:39, 3 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
With all due respects; neither of the articles are ready. But Wikipedia does have a policy of notifying existing authors that their material is being considered for good article WP:GA? status before a full retraction of consensus vote. Perhaps you or a constituent can contact one of the authors and formally begin the nomination/declination process? Habatchii (talk)
