The name طيء

The transcription of the name that is given in the article (labeled "ALA-LC") as Ṭayy’, which is impossible. That would correspond to طَيّْء . If the name is طَيّ the transcription is be Ṭayy and if the name is طَيِّء the transcription is Ṭayyi’ and if the name is طَيْء the transcription is Ṭay’. Which form or forms of the name is/are correct?
