Page on Dr Ilias Ali
Please change the spelling from "Dr Illias Ali" to "Dr Ilias Ali" in the page title of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illias_Ali . I have tried to change it but was unsuccessful.

Many years ago, the Rothschild Family have envisioned to unite the world into a One World Order under One World Government. In line with this, the Rothschild have listed and hired Jewish group of scientists for the purpose of inventing and pre-launching a cryptocurrency that would eventually be the jumpstart that would eliminate the use of the Fiat paper money. This group of scientists are well known as Satoshi Nakamoto, a pen named so popularized when they launched the first ever crypto coin known worldwide as the Bitcoin (BTC) since it was first launched in 2009 first in the United States.
Contrary to the worldwide misconception that the world shall be run by the Anti-Christ thru NWO and OWG. To simply put it, everyone who is a wanton sinner is an antichrist. Antichrist means against CHRIST and a grieve sinner. This was brought about because of the misinterpretation of verses in the Bible about Antichrist. Because of this misinterpretation, many more ideas about how the antichrist will rule the world and hold every human being into full submission. And true enough the works of the devil is seen thru people who are coming out with all evil ideas and are doing things to conform to their ideas and misinterpretation of the passage in the bible. One of those evil ideas is the planting of chips in the foreheads and hands of subdued human being. True there are plenty of Judases all over the world.
Now let us go back to the vision of the Rothschild.
The 300 Country Coins is the launching pad. This 300 CC shall be the conduit and shall compose of 300 country coin CEOs that will be tasked to spread abundance to all citizens of the world thereby eradicating worldwide poverty and corruptions.
The RBE (Resource-Based Economy) will start to replace the current corrupt Fiat-based economy that is destroying our world slowly and this corrupt economy has to stop.
Along the RBE is the BEDECO program. These two programs are already in place. Soon the world will realize changes for the better will soon start to happen. One of the pilot countries is the Philippines. It soon shall spread worldwide with the help of the 300 Country Coin CEOs.
The 300 Country Coin CEOs shall take an Oath of Office in line with the vision.
Who are the Rothschild? They are the inventor, founder and owners of the worldwide Central Banks including the World Bank, IMF, the FEDS, and many others.
During the early days of the world, a great flood happened during the time of Noah and the Noah’s Ark. God cleansed the world of iniquities and corruptions both spiritually and temporal. Now the next great flood is about to happen - the great abundance that the world will ever know. The world will experience this new flooding but this time, the OWG and NWO will flood the world with great abundance where by 2050 almost everything and all temporal needs of all human beings in our planet will be FREE for the asking.
God’s plan is both Spiritual at Temporal. The works of the 300 is of temporal. Peace and prosperity shall abound, corruptions, criminality etc shall be no more. It doesn’t matter how many will enlist their names because we will have plenty of country sectors to fill in with names such as province coins, city coins, region coins, municipal coins, barangay coins, household coins, and many more.

Great benefits await those who will comply with all verifications. All must be compliant to receive salaries monthly in USD. For all country coin ceo, salaries shall start with minimum $75,000.
Silently the mission to free the world from its present state of untold corruptions and the spread of great abundance where everything will be provided free for the asking is now moving forward.
A conference of the 300 Country Coin CEOs shall soon happen in a Paris Convention. This shall be the start of a new dawn for all peoples of the world.

Second, if the subject matter is notable enough, you need to create the content from scratch, and add proper references to it. I would suggest to begin by reading WP:GNG.   Hello and welcome to the September newsletter, a brief update of Guild activities since June 2019. June election: Reidgreg was chosen as lead coordinator, and is being assisted by Baffle gab1978, Miniapolis, Tdslk, and first-time coordinator Twofingered Typist. Jonesey95 took a respite after serving for six years. Thanks to everyone who participated! June Blitz: From 16 to 22 June, we copy edited articles on the themes of nature and the environment along with requests. 12 participating editors completed 35 copy edits. Final results, including barnstars awarded, are available here. July Drive: The year's fourth backlog-elimination drive was a great success, clearing all articles tagged in January and February, and bringing the copy-editing backlog to a low of five months and a record low of 585 articles while also completing 48 requests. Of the 30 people who signed up, 29 copyedited at least one article, a participation level last matched in May 2015. Final results and awards are listed here. August Blitz: From 18 to 24 August, we copy edited articles tagged in March 2019 and requests. 12 participating editors completed 26 copy edits on the blitz. Final results, including barnstars awarded, are available here. Progress report: As of 03:00, 23 September 2019 (UTC), GOCE copyeditors had processed 413 requests since 1 January. The backlog of tagged articles stood at 599 articles, close to our record month-end low of 585. Requests page: We are experimenting with automated archiving of copy edit requests; a discussion on REQ Talk (permalinked) initiated by Bobbychan193 has resulted in Zhuyifei1999 writing a bot script for the Guild. Testing is now underway and is expected to be completed by 3 October; for this reason, no manual archiving of requests should be done until the testing period is over. We will then assess the bot's performance and discuss whether to make this arrangement permanent.
