This is a List of notable Old Boys of Cranbrook School Sydney, they being notable former students - known as "Old Cranbrookians" of Cranbrook School, an Anglican school, in Bellevue Hill, New South Wales, Australia.

- Prof. David Cooper AO, FAA – HIV researcher[1]
- Richard Hunter – Regius Professor of Greek and Fellow of Trinity College, The University of Cambridge.[2]
- Yi-Fu Tuan – a key figure in human geography and Emeritus Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tuan attended Cranbrook from 1941 to 1946. At the time, he and his brothers were the first students of Cranbrook of Asian descent.[3]
