Earth to Luna! (in Portuguese: O Show da Luna) is a Brazilian children's animated TV show created and Piwi+, directed by Celia Catunda and Kiko Mistrorigo and produced by TV PinGuim, which premiered on the American channel Sprout,[1] on August 16, 2014.[2] In Brazil, it debuted on October 13, 2014, on Discovery Kids.[3][4] The first season consisted of 52 episodes, each 15 minutes long. The target audience is children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old.[5]

Summary

The series shows the adventures of Luna (voiced by Angelina Carballo and singing voice by Hannah Strawn), a young girl in love with science,[6][7] her little brother Jupiter (who's named after the planet Jupiter) (voiced by Raul-Gomez Pina) and their pet ferret Clyde (Portuguese: Cláudio; voiced by Eric Anderson and vocals by Frank Welker).[8]

Broadcast

The series first aired on Sprout (which is now Universal Kids) in the U.S, and on Discovery Kids Brazil in Brazilian Portuguese. The series aired on the NBC Kids block from April 4, 2015 until January 30, 2016. It premiered on Minika Çocuk on February 1, 2016.[citation needed] In Canada it airs on Treehouse TV. And the series also airs on Tiny Pop in the UK.
