Popup ads

I wish there were a section talking about AOL's introduction of popup ads, the most infamous policy of its history next to refusing to cancel accounts.

Because I was bored, I dug up the Q4 2010 report - [2]. I'm sure it'd make a nice addition to the graph of users. Looks like they're under 4 million at the moment, and continuing to decline. Bias in opening paragraph?

All kinds of terms such as "leading-edge" that sound nice in an executive summary but don't work on Wikipedia.
