This is blatantly incorrect, and easily verified by anyone who looks through a lot of VINs. I work in the transportation industry and the 5th to last character of a VIN is very commonly a letter. As such, I have removed the next stating the aforementioned detail. There's no correction, it's just wrong and should not be there. undo Tag: Visual edit
