2018 Women's Ice Hockey World Championships
The 2018 Women's World Ice Hockey Championships is the 20th such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. Teams will participate at several levels of competition. The competition will also serve as qualifications for the 2019 competition. For the 2018 program there will be no relegation, only promotion, to raise the total at the top level up to ten nations.[1][2]
Championship (Top Division)
The tournament will not be held due to the 2018 Olympics.
Division I
Group A
The Group A tournament will be held in Strasbourg, France, from 8 to 14 April 2018.[2]
Group B
The Group B tournament will be held in Asiago, Italy, from 8 to 14 April 2018.[2]

The Group B tournament will be held in Bled, Slovenia, from 7 to 13 April 2018.[2]

The Group B Qualification tournament will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria, in December 2017.[2]
