Esbu Kola Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسبوكلا)[3] is in the Central District of Babol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 16,319 in 4,197 households.[4] There were 18,310 inhabitants in 5,016 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 18,310 in 5,016 households. The largest of its 22 villages was Mati Kola, with 2,902 people.[2]
