Barik Rud-e Jonubi Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Fereydunkenar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2011, there were 4,708 inhabitants in 1,393 households.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,558 in 1,549 households. The largest of its nine villages was Bozorg Bisheh-ye Mahalleh, with 1,075 people.[2]
