Sorkhrud District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Mahmudabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 30,657 in 8,398 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 31,236 people in 9,623 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 32,640 inhabitants in 11,167 households.[2]
