Lavij Rural District (Template:Lang-fa)[3] is in Chamestan District of Nur County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,229 in 741 households.[4] There were 2,968 inhabitants in 866 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,239 in 1,022 households. The largest of its 15 villages was Kia Kola, with 873 people.[2]
