Zirab District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Savadkuh County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, the region's population (as a part of the Central District) was 22,608 in 5,827 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 20,295 people in 6,085 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 21,376 inhabitants in 7,125 households, by which time two rural districts and the city of Zirab were separated from the district to establish the new Zirab District.[2]
