DWEL-FM, branded as MOR 95.5 For Life! is an FM radio station owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines. Its studio is located at 2/F CAP Building, Brgy. 9, Balintawak St., cor. F.R. Castro Ave., Laoag City while its transmitter is located in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. This station operates daily (except Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday) from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM, (thus, this is the only MOR station that does not operate 24/7).

History

  • In 1995, it was originally broadcast as Star Radio 95.5, which carried Hot AC and OPM format.
  • In 1997, it was rebranded as ABS-CBN Radio 95.5.
  • On July 14, 2001, the station was rebranded as MOR 95.5 For Life!.
  • On July 8, 2013, MOR 95.5 Laoag together with its other sister stations nationwide changed its logo into its current logo when 101.9 Manila reformatted and rebranded as MOR 101.9 For Life!.
