The 2020 Indian Premier League Final will be a day/night Twenty20 cricket match will play on 10 November 2020. It will determine the winner of the 2020 season of the Indian Premier League, an annual Twenty20 tournament in India.[1] Mumbai Indians are the defending champion.[2]

The tournament was originally scheduled to commence on 29 March 2020, but was suspended until 15 April due to the global coronavirus pandemic. After Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on 14 April that the lockdown in India would last until at least 3 May 2020, the BCCI suspended the tournament indefinitely. In July 2020, after the International Cricket Council (ICC) postponed the 2020 edition of the Men's T20 World Cup, the BCCI requested to host the tournament in the United Arab Emirates from 26 September to 8 November 2020.[3] On 24 July 2020, it was confirmed that the tournament would start from 19 September 2020.[4]
