DZAD-TV was a commercial television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation, Its studios are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, 2nd floor Seasons Mall, Laurel Highway, Tambo, Lipa, Batangas while its transmitter is located at Mt. Banoy, Brgy. Talumpok East, Batangas City. While the current station dates from 1993, its origins date back from 1967, when the network launched relay broadcasts to the province.

On May 5, 2020, ABS-CBN Batangas went off the air temporarily suspended as a result of the cease and desist order of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) after the franchise expiration.
