Keilor Plains railway station is located on the Sunbury line, in Victoria, Australia. It serves the western Melbourne suburb of St Albans, and it opened on 27 January 2002, as part of the extension of the electrified network from St Albans to Sydenham.[1]
Boom barriers were provided at the former Taylors Road level crossing in 1986.[2] A rail-road roundabout was provided at the level crossing in 1994.[3] The level crossing was grade separated in 2008.[4]
Platforms & services
Keilor Plains has two side platforms. It is serviced by Metro Trains' Sunbury line services.[5]
Platform 1:
- Sunbury line all stations and limited stops services to Flinders Street
Platform 2:
- Sunbury line all stations services to Watergardens & Sunbury
