The Women's 200 metres T44 event at the 2012 Summer Paralympics took place at the London Olympic Stadium from 5 to 6 September.[1] The event consisted of 2 heats and a final.

The T44 category is for athletes who have a single below knee amputation or who can walk with moderately reduced function in one or both legs.
