This is where the tale hangs. It is the American Jews, not the Israelis, who are keeping things in a state of turmoil. The ordinary Israel does not like these interlopers. They understand that the American Jews have a whole different adenda. For them it is an investment, an encroachment on the oil titans of the Middle East. Many of them are either CIA or billionaire oil CEO's like Charlie Koch.In 1976 I visited a American Jewish enclave on the West Bank. They were from Queens, New York and very hostile. They lived in splendid homes with luxuriant gardens and swimming pools. Everything wasd paid for by the American taxpayer. Pure socialism. They carried Uzis and were so anxious to shoot their Palestinian neighbors who lived in dire poverty.
