Category name is bizarre
[edit]"Transsexual"? Yikes.
Yeah, I agree with this. First of all, "transsexual" is an outdated term that has fallen far out of use and is even considered to be moderately offensive by much of the community (if I may be personal for a second here, I'm trans, and the only people I have ever heard use this term since the very early 2000s are transphobes and truscum). And secondly, wtf does "transgender and transsexual" mean? Are those two distinct categories now? --StrexcorpEmployee (talk) 16:32, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
I also agree, they named this after a slur and the fact that you cant edit the category is so infuriating. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.49.203.14 (talk) 23:03, 22 April 2021 (UTC)
- If you would like to request that the title be changed, you will need to post it at categories for discussion. The instructions are at WP:CFD#HOWTO, hope this is helpful! PohranicniStraze (talk) 06:05, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
