  • curprev 01:3001:30, 30 January 2024 73.114.11.76 talk 5,394 bytes +36 As stated, this was incorrect. A topology need not be discrete to have all clopen sets. It must be a partition topology (i.e. a topology whose base is a partition of the underlying set). A partition topology is homeomorphic to a discrete topology which means it is homeomorphic to a discrete topology whose underlying set are the partition classes. To say it is a discrete topology is misleading because that implies it is discrete on the underlying set, rather than some other set. undo Tag: Reverted
