EinsPlus was a digital television channel from the German broadcaster ARD and managed by ARD regional broadcaster SWR. The channel launched on 29 August 1997 under the name EinsMuXx,[1] and was renamed EinsPlus on 23 April 2005.[3]

EinsPlus is available free-to-air via satellite, cable and in southern Germany via digital terrestrial. An HD simulcast of EinsPlus was launched on 5 December 2013. It is available free-to-air via satellite.[4]

This channel, along with ZDFkultur ceased airing on October 1, 2016, due to financial issues.
