Herman Badillo Bilingual Academy is an elementary school in Buffalo, New York. It is located at 315 Carolina Street and serves Grades PK through 8. The current principal is Ms. Katheryn Foy, and the current assistant principals are Ms. Carol Smith and Mr. Rafael Perez.

History[edit]

The school is named for Herman Badillo. It began as a community school and now houses bilingual elementary students. It is one of two elementary schools in the city devoted to bilingual/ELL learners.
