Hill-Marta Solberg (born November 12, 1951 in Sortland) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party, and a parliamentary representative for Nordland. She was Minister of Health and Social Affairs from 1994-1996 and again from 1996-1997. Solberg was named County Governor of Nordland (Fylkesmannen i Nordland) in 2009.
