KTXV (890 AM) is a radio station licensed to and serving the Mabank, Texas area and the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It also serves the Tyler metropolitan area during the Daytime hours. This station is under ownership of Bustos Media.
During the nighttime hours, KTXV reduces its power in order to protect "Clear channel" station WLS-AM in Chicago, Illinois.
History
Signal testing for this station began in November 2007 in English and Oriental languages.[1] Once testing was complete, they've started their broadcasting activities with their "Radio Saigon" format.
Sometime in October, Radio Saigon has moved to KRVA 1600 AM to make way for its current format.
