Lithuania selected their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 on 3 March 2007 at LRT TV studio in Vilnius. Prior to the final, quarter finals took place to select newcomers, well-known artists, and experienced singers. The quarter finals and semi-finals were held weekly from January to February starting on 13 January 2006. The qualifiers and winner were decided by a 50/50 jury vote and televote. Five songs from each semi-final proceeded to the final. The group 4Fun represented Lithuania at Eurovision with the song "Love or Leave". They finished in twenty-first position with 28 points.

At Eurovision
Lithuania automatically qualified to the grand final, because it was on the top 10 last year.In the final they performed 9th, following Hungary and preceding Greece 4Fun came 21st with 28 points.
