Marcel Răducan (born February 10, 1967 in Grinăuţi-Moldova) is a Moldovan politician. He was the Minister of Constructions and Regional Development in the First Vlad Filat Cabinet and in the Second Filat Cabinet as well.

Biography

Răducan was born on February 10, 1967 in Grinăuți-Moldova, Ocnița district. He is a member of the Democratic Party of Moldova.[1]
