Paw Paw Township is one of nineteen townships in DeKalb County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 334 and it contained 137 housing units.[2]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 37.75 square miles (97.8 km2), of which 37.51 square miles (97.2 km2) (or 99.36%) is land and 0.24 square miles (0.62 km2) (or 0.64%) is water.[2]
