Ramsey Township is one of 20 townships in Fayette County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,851 and it contained 822 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 54.49 square miles (141.1 km2), of which 54.37 square miles (140.8 km2) (or 99.78%) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2) (or 0.24%) is water.[2]
