Abdul Aleem Khan (Pakistani politician from Hyderabad)Abdul Aleem Khan – Our practice is to prioritize the common name, and the other Abdul Aleem Khan already has an established common name as "Aleem Khan." Having two separate name spaces for one individual is unnecessary. This redirect serves no purpose; we could use it for the recently elected individual instead. (permalink). Oppose nom. Proposing alternate move to Abdul Aleem Khan (Hyderabad politician) per WP:CONCISE. conversion of basename into dab page can be considered if it is deemed not worthy of being a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. – robertsky (talk) 16:54, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not in favor of the alternative proposal because there is also a city named Hyderabad in India. The suggested title wouldn't be precise enough for readers to immediately know which Hyderabad is being referred to, leading to confusion. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 18:11, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
As cumbersome as it is, 'Hyderabad, Pakistan politician' – robertsky (talk) 03:47, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Unnecessary, given we don't have an article on an Abdul Aleem Khan who is a politician from the Indian Hyderabad! Disambiguation is simply for disambiguation, not to explain everything to the reader. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:04, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Abdul Aleem Khan (Hyderabad politician)Abdul Aleem Khanzada – I created the page based on initial election results reporting which carried his name wrong, multitude of sources now have surfaced which mention his name as Abdul Aleem Khanzada, such as [1], [2], [3], there are more, but I am listing only three for brevity. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 01:12, 2 August 2024 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). – robertsky (talk) 02:52, 2 August 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Safari ScribeEdits!
