A better picture of Ali Gerba required here
[edit]I feel there is something missing in this article.
Surely, I cannot be the only person who finds it VERY strange that despite having a relatively successful career in Europe, (10 goals / 15 apps. at AC Horsens, 10 goals / 11 apps. at FC Ingolstadt, and 10 goals / 24 apps. at MK Dons) Mr. Gerba has been consistently let go by all the teams he was tied to? And also, though he was signed by the Montreal Impact in 2010-11, (while being a goal scorer as the team was promoted to MLS), why was it that he never figured into the team's plans for the higher division, despite being a higher caliber Canadian national player?
There is definitely something missing here, which ties to the discourse on Canada's National Men's soccer team. 69.63.48.175 (talk) 16:36, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
"The Canadian Gerd Muller"
[edit]This is funny, but c'mon, who has ever said this? I don't think I've even seen it on the Voyageurs forum. themodelcitizen (talk) 20:12, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Birth date
[edit]Birth date issue here. The CSA has him listed as 4/9/1981 but other sites like FIFA and Soccerbase have it as 27/07/1982. Recent articles have been calling him 26-year-old. Noonehasthisnameithink (talk) 21:24, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

U-20 national team
[edit]Gerba has made 6 appearances and scored 6 goals for the U-20 national team [1]. --80.104.207.43 (talk) 11:32, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
