Does Anthony Walker merit a Wikipedia page?

Ranked #4 in 1964 in his event, with no other notability beyond his Olympic participation, does Anthony Walker merit a Wikipedia page? I suggest we take this one down unless someone has information I'm missing. But I don't believe we should set the standard that every Olympic athlete has a Wikipedia page.
