As far as I know, Aus-Air ceased scheduled services several years ago and most (if not all) of it's Bandierantes and Chieftains were sold to Airtex at Bankstown. Can anyone confirm this? YSSYguy 08:21, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I did some more digging and verified that one of the ex-Aus Air Bandierantes crashed in 2001 while in Airtex service. The CASA online registration database only lists three single-engined light aircraft as being operated by Aus-Air. I suggest that Aus-Air be treated as a defunct airline, even though their website is still accessible. YSSYguy 08:35, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Agree totally. Their AOC only allows for charter operations, so whilst they are still operating, as a small charter airline, they no longer operate scheduled services, so should be treated as a defunct airline in this sense. --Russavia 13:16, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
