Classify as a church too?
[edit]Should this also be in the church category? Kopf1988 19:12, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
Their webpage says that they're not a parish church. They have a Mass, but they won't do weddings, funerals, and the rest. Kinsler33 23:57, 17 October 2007 (UTC)

The result of the proposal was moved to Basilica of Mary, Queen of the Universe. --BDD (talk) 18:38, 8 October 2012 (UTC) (non-admin closure)
Mary, Queen of the Universe Shrine → Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe --Relisted Cúchullain t/c 16:25, 1 October 2012 (UTC) – Jdurbach (talk) 17:34, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Suggest -- Basilica of Mary, Queen of the Universe would be quite enough. Who made it a national shrine? That sounds like a self-appointed status. Peterkingiron (talk) 16:56, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- National shrine is an "official" designation made by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops --Jdurbach (talk) 14:50, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support Peterkingiron's suggestion. (or even leaving it alone would work) Using "official" pedantic names goes against the spirit of Wikipedia.--ZooFamily (talk) 21:27, 2 October 2012 (UTC)
