The result of the move request was: Moved - as BD2412 has noted, there doesn't appear to be a reason not to move this and as two weeks have now been given for dissent and nobody's come forward I'm opting to move instead of relist ad infinitum. Of course, if anybody subsequently objects, no prejudice against a speedy renomination to change it back. (closed by non-admin page mover) SITH (talk) 16:10, 26 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

BassetlawBassetlaw District – Per WP:NATURAL and WP:COMMONNAME the district is usually called "Bassetlaw District"[1] in a generic context even though "Bassetlaw" is the preferred label by the OS, presumably when its clear from the context that you're referring to the district. The district is named after Bassetlaw Wapentake and this move is consistent with WP:UKDISTRICTS ("Non-metropolitan districts with local ambiguity...". Views [[2]] show that this gets less views than Bassetlaw (UK Parliament constituency) among others. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:09, 29 September 2018 (UTC) --Relisting.
