Shouldn't this be a page on the study of celtic languages, art, history, religion and culture instead of redirecting to 'celts'? Zemlod 09:44, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

contested?

List of institutions offering courses in Celtic studies

[edit]

I've removed the list as it is just a list of links to college departments. Wikipedia is not here to advertise or promote and it is in violation of WP:EL. Please discuss if you feel the list needs to be re-added. Vsmith (talk) 21:23, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Could someone start a Wales section under the Celtic nations section please, similar to this? Thanks

Welshman John Rhys was the first Jesus Professor of Celtic at the University of Oxford. The University of Wales established the Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies. Aberystwyth, Bangor, Cardiff, Swansea and Trinity St Davids have Celtic studies departments. Titus Gold (talk) 02:11, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Only top two sentences, the latter was already covered under UK. Confused why both are here. DankJae 23:18, 3 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
