Corrections to info re: Pacific Aviation Composites

Please be kind as this is my first attempt at editing a Wiki article.
I believe that Pacific Aviation Composites was stood up in 1995 vs 1993 as originally stated. This is supported by the existing citation #4 at the bottom of the article. The company was originally co-located with the kitplane company in a trailer at the Redmond airport and did not move to Bend until later (which the article does not address). I do not have direct citations for this but worked at the company from Jan 1996 - Jan 1999 during this period.
