False pretenses
[edit]"David used false pretenses ..." If Davis had said or implied that he is white, then Davis would have made a false pretense. However, the inset paragraph does not support such a contention but rather that Davis only wanted the secretary not to volunteer his skin color.107.185.97.165 (talk) 16:52, 16 February 2017 (UTC)

Recent views on Joe Rogan
[edit]Ref: recent appearance on Joe rogan: [[1]]. 1)Should the article have mention about minds.com? He seems to think it's good for continuation of hes work. 2)Disbanding of 'black history month' and merging with -hmm- "general american history"? 193.166.253.150 (talk) 07:06, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
Notability confirmed
[edit]Whether Mr. Davis is good or bad, his WP:NOTABILITY is apparently confirmed by extensive major media attention (see the References section, citing articles on him at Washington Post, The Guardian, Los Angeles Times, The Atlantic, ABC-TV, PBS-TV, NPR, CNN, etc.) — culiminating, arguably, in a global audience for an extended interview and debate with him, August 11, 2021, on the world's largest-audience broadcast network, the BBC, on the world's most-widely-heard such program: BBC HARDtalk (a program that normally interviews world leaders), in a lengthy broadcast segment titled "Daryl Davis - Reaching out to the KKK", (also onilne at: [2]).
