Advertising
[edit]This article has been deleted several times as blatant advertising, and this version looks no better than the previous versions. Here are some of the issues I've got with it as it stands; I'm willing to give it some time for development before I propose it for deletion again.
- Promotional wording - Currently the text in many cases reads like a press release and is framed in extremely glowing terms. The first sentence, for example: "...is hailed as an artistic visionary whose creative talents and reputation have made him a huge sensation in the lifestyle arena." This is about as promotional as you can get without grabbing a reader by the lapels, headbutting them in the face, and screaming "BUY THIS STUFF!!!"
- Sourcing - Currently based entirely off of the subject's website. This needs outside sources immediately to back up the claims being made.
- Point of view - As with the promotional wording, this needs to be addressed immediately. The article is very slanted and biased towards the subject and his companies; it must be neutral to be acceptable as an article.
I'll keep an eye on the progression here. If another admin comes along and decides it's unsalvageable, that's not my watch, however. Tony Fox (arf!) 18:51, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, and by the by, it's mostly copied from the subject's websites. Bad deal. Again, I'll give some time before doing anything precipitous. Tony Fox (arf!) 18:54, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Legal Issues
[edit]This article posted very recently talks about David Tutera being sued for leaving the bride at the alter with no one to direct people where to go. Reportedly he only gave a day's notice and said he was sick. It's stated in several articles (which are mostly clones) that another couple had the same problem with a $300k wedding. While it all sounds one-sided and makes Tutera out to be the bad guy, the truth is that we can't see his side of the issue, so it's hard to tell if he simply left them to fend for themselves, or if his reasons were real and he was forced to drop everything to take care of personal emergencies. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.174.67.30 (talk) 06:44, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
