This game shouldn't be deleted because it is significant because it is a game gaining alot of popularity right now ranking #1 in one country so far and rising in all other countries and it was just launched widely across the web with little to no negative reviews so far. Given time it will rise even more when the updates do come out.
Correct Article
[edit]As a developer of this game, i confirm that this article of course must be in Wikipedia. Amegus (talk) 11:08, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- Assuming you are who you claim to be, all that confirms is a violation of WP:COI. JNW (talk) 23:07, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
- I don't want to create some adversting article, but as a developer i could provide full information about this game and setup all links to info sources, as well as spend time to make the beautiful formating of this article. But for now i can't change title to more correct from "Doodle god" to "Doodle God (video game)" and also upload new image files (screenshots, scetch art etc). So please provide me full access to this article for editing. Amegus (talk) 11:03, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
Cleaning Up
[edit]I would agree that the original wording was borderline COI. On the other hand, given its good public reception and quick spread over several social media despite its recent release, I would be tempted to say that it's relevant enough to be included.
I've edited the page to remove anything that looked like boastful marketing or broken English sentences, added a few references and links, merged the almost-empty paragraphs into larger ones. Hopefully, the article should be more neutral, better documented, and closer to the Wikipedia spirit. 217.111.148.194 (talk) 18:13, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
iPod First?
[edit]This article references that the flash game came out after the app. I don't think this is true. Newgrounds lists the internet version coming out June 23, 2009. The app, I believe, came out June 27, 2009. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.215.147.78 (talk) 22:22, 21 November 2010 (UTC)
Latest Version
[edit]Something should be added stating that, unlike most apps, the paid/ full version includes unskippable ads. Unique features such as this fact will help distinguish it from other games. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.107.116.142 (talk) 07:09, 26 April 2015 (UTC)
